Course Description: |
Students
develop keyboarding speed and accuracy by mastering correct keyboarding
techniques and skills in areas of business correspondence, tabulated reports,
and business forms. Students must
attain a minimum keyboarding speed of 45 words per minute with a maximum of 5
errors on a five minute timed keyboarding test in order to satisfactorily
complete this course. |

Acts of academic dishonesty, including cheating and plagiarism, will not be tolerated. Students caught doing so will be referred to the office of the President of Forrest College. Assignments are graded on neatness, timeliness, and attention to detail with regard to completing each assignment as the instructions in the book indicate. 90 – 100= A 80 – 89= B 70 – 79= C 60 – 69= D Below 60= F |

Only permitted under extenuating circumstances |

Attendance: |
Students who submit work on time each week will be
marked present. If no work is
submitted students will not receive attendance credit for that week. |
